The heart of Plata O Plomo yields a Blanco de Tempranillo that has been harvested with the maximum expression of freshness and acidity in mind. A nose of grapefruit and lemon changing to summer fruits such as loquat, pineapple and pear with fresh herbs of fennel and lavender.
