Terms & Conditions

As a member, you authorize Ranch Brand Wine & Spirits, LLC. to automatically bill your designated credit card prior to each wine release according to your wine club preference + taxes and shipping (if required.) Will Call orders will be available for 45 days, after which it will be considered forfeited and returned back to inventory. It is the member’s obligation to make updates online or notify Ranch Brand Wine & Spirits, LLC. of any address changes before wines are billed. Ranch Brand Wine & Spirits, LLC. will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines.

Direct shipping laws require an adult, 21 years or older, to accept and sign upon delivery of all wine shipments.

Wine is guaranteed when signed for on the first delivery attempt. Delayed receipt of shipment becomes the responsibility of the club member; return and reshipment fees will apply. Members are responsible for any shipping, return, and re-shipping costs. Refer to our Wine Shipments for more information.

Membership continues until you notify Ranch Brand Wine & Spirits, LLC to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least two weeks before a scheduled quarterly release. After cancellation is received, you will receive a confirmation email from the Wine Club Manager, and at that point you are canceled without further obligation, except for any wines billed to you, prior to receipt of your notice of cancellation.

Ranch Brand Wine & Spirits, LLC. reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without notice.
