Axis Jack Sangiovese 2019 Hoss Fly Vineyard comes from the furthest reaches of the Texas High Plains AVA. Vinted and pressed quickly off the fruit for a bright and clean wine. Favors flow across the palate for a delightful low tannic wine that is reminiscent of an Oregon Pinot Noir.
